Our Services
Body Mechanix Personal Training offers a complete training / fitness and nutrition service for the public. We are open from 5:30am until 8:30 pm Monday to Friday, from 7am until 12 noon on Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays. As a client of the studio you will receive the following benefits: Personal Training - 1-on-1 OR 1-on-2 Personal Training
- An initial Health and Fitness Assessment to give on overall guide to your current health and fitness levels
- Follow-up health and fitness checks every 8 weeks to monitor your progress
- Training programs designed around YOUR goal and current fitness level
- Access to group training as a compliment to your personal training
- Additional programs, or ‘homework’ as we like to call it, that is provided by your trainer that can be used at home or if travelling interstate or overseas
- Off Peak Personal Training
Nutrition - As a client you will receive a ‘Results Diary’ so that we can monitor your food intake and make suggestions to ensure you get the best possible result in the shortest amount of time
- Access to healthy recipes
Nutrition Complete - Access to a revolutionary new meal planner; prepare an entire week's meals with recipes and a shopping list tailored to your individual needs, tastes and time limits in less than 15minutes!
- Pre-prepared planners for days you don't have time to think about what to eat... we have done it all for you!
