FRASERFascinated by the art of teaching and the mysteries of the human body, this passion has led me on a journey of discovery through many books on psychology, anatomy and sociology. Coupled with many experiences in sharing my knowledge in a practical way, this journey has seen me teaching my grandma Tai Chi, Orphans in India to draw, relatives with various back complaints and friends back to fitness after pregnancy.
I have been involved in sports since a very early age as I come from a sports minded family who have competed in many varied Olympic disciplines with my own passion in martial arts, specifically Krav Maga and Kickboxing. Life changing experiences in Denmark and Malawi, where I volunteered as a sports coach with young adults from disadvantaged and often troubled environments have brought me to where I am today, a fully qualified and committed personal trainer with a real passion for his work.
My main points of interests are flexibility, functional strength and martial arts. These interests influence my coaching style as I believe they exemplify a holistic approach to fitness and health.
Every person is unique and I see it as my greatest joy and responsibility to help my clients achieve their goals and even exceed their expectations! Whatever your fitness needs and aspirations, be it weight loss, muscle definition, increased energy, competition preparedness, I hope that I'll get the chance to share my knowledge, support and good humour with you at Body Mechanix.
